Telemedicine is an easy way for you as a patient to save time and enjoy the convenience of being seen by a doctor virtually.

Need to knows:

• Covered by most insurances
• A link will be sent to the patient via email or text to access the virtual appointment
• Patient can access the link and conduct the call via phone or computer utilizing the most updated version of chrome or safari
• New patient paperwork can be sent to patient via email to complete and please email back prior to the appointment
• Patient is asked to have vitals ready at time of call (i.e. Height, weight, temp, blood pressure)
• Patient will acknowledge verbally that they are providing approval for the physician to conduct visit via telemedicine
